Dr Brian is one in a million...Caring, concerned and always takes as much time as needed to explain each detail, answers all my questions and addresses my concerns. Dr Annie is also one of the best skin care specialists I have ever had care for my skin. She also has a wonderful personality and is a gem.. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire staff at Buinewicz plastic surgery! They are some of the most compassionate and professional medical staff that I have had the fortunate opportunity to be involved with.This past Friday, was my 3rd procedure under the skillful and artful, hands of Doctor B. My first was an explant, after having implants for 21 years. After being on RA meds for many years, I opted to have my implants removed and once removed, I no longer needed any medication! Dr. B walked me through every step with concern, honesty and compassion. My second procedure was a neck lift and most recently, a mastopexy. The mastopexy was done 3 years after my explant as I opted not to do both surgeries at one time. Dr. B saw me a number of times over the years as it took me that long to make certain decisions as to whether or not to have the mastopexy done. Never, did Dr. B every make me feel like a nuisance with my multitude of questions. With each visit, we discussed options and with each visit he listened. He always told me that when and if I was ready, he'd be there to help.Many thanks to all at Buinewicz Plastic Surgery for the compassion, patience, skill, warmth and care I have received from each and every one of you!

Dr. B and his staff are amazing! For my pre-ob appointment I came prepared with a lot of questions and he answered every one. The day of surgery he held my hand until I went under and got a phone call that night from him to see how I was feeling. Surgery went well and I’m excited to see the full results (I’m only 6 days post ob). I would highly recommend Dr. B!

Dr. B. is the GOAT. His staff is excellent, and I feel like I’m a very important client even though I am not there often. I feel confident that I will have excellent results as Dr. B. is very experienced and you can tell he really cares about his work and expertise. I live in a different state and I gladly drive to him for what I need, and always will.Update: just had another surgery, mastoplexy…as usual he was wonderful, staff as well. Surgery center nurses were above and beyond, and I’m picky! I already received a call from Dr. B. to check in on me. I haven’t seen my results yet, I’m still wrapped up, but I’ll update again. Point is, as I’ve mentioned, he is just excellent.

Very excited and happy so far!(Dec 2022) Had my procedure and recovering now. Dr B and his staff are amazing!!! Kind, caring, responsive. They communicate so much and he is always available (night and day) to answer my questions. I’m on Day 2 snd so far it has been great. Will post in a few months once I am recovered and see final results.(Feb 2024) Had another procedure done with Dr. B and I love it! He’s always so kind, patient, responsive and his bedside manner is amazing. He calls to check up on you daily and gives you his personal # for any questions. I trust him and would highly recommend him for anything you need.

I chose Dr. Buinewicz to perform my breast implant removal, capsulectomy, and lift because of his amazing reputation for these surgeries. Initially I felt comfortable, respected, listened to, and safe while in his care. His office staff was great at making me feel important and comfortable when I arrived for my appointments, and my wait time to be seen was only 5-10 minutes at most. They certainly do a great job at getting you as a patient, but once you sign on the dotted line and they get your money, they don't care anymore. For my drain removal appointment, I waited in the room for Dr. B for 45 minutes. He was quick in and out, barely explaining what I needed to do next so I had to ask a nurse after he left. Then for my post-op appointment, I showed up to his office to discover the doors locked and one of the nurses rudely accusing me of not having an appointment because Dr. B was not there. When I showed her my appointment text message, she let me in and told me my appointment had been cancelled. I assured her it had not, because I wouldn't drive nearly an hour for a cancelled appointment. I scrolled through my call log and voicemails to show her that I never received a call to cancel and reschedule. I was furious. They then scheduled a telehealth appointment with Dr. B to make up for their mistake, because I was not driving nearly an hour again when they had been in the wrong. I have yet to see Dr. B in person for a post-op appointment, which is very disappointing because I am not happy with the results of my lift.

I have had wonderful experience with both Dr.Buinewiczs. I had a very large mole on my face that I was apprehensive to remove for fear of scarring, but Dr.B.Buinewicz removed it. He was very kind and personable during the procedure. After healing, I wanted to tackle my numerous sunspots that I had previously attempted for removal at another plastics office in NJ but felt slighted by the less than 1 minute interaction. Since Dr. A. Buinewicz specializes in the esthetic component of the practice, she spent quite a bit of time explaining which treatment she felt would be suitable for my face and neck. I have been "wowed" by her attention to detail and the time she took on the three appointments I have had so far. She has wonderful bedside manner and I walk away from the appointments knowing that there is actual progress on something I waited a very long time to do. I also very much appreciated the attention to detail and my comfort level by her NP at my first lasering appt.

Wonderful as always, wonderful staff fantastic, and doctor I would recommend to anyone they are also very informative, unlike many doctors who want to line their pockets! Dr. Annie and her husband are fantastic, cases closed. They sure are better than any cosmetic doctors in Beverly Hills. Had an amazing visit again today with Dr. Annie, as always I left feeling amazing relaxed, we even had a few laughs. Whenever I go to the office in Flemington, I have always left feeling amazing. Even if going in sad, and no one know's, I leave feeling fabulous and extremly relaxed and happy. She's also very kind, I can't say enough they are beyond five stars. Last time I did an amazing hydrating treatment absolutely wonderful I can't imagine what I looked like when I put on my sunglasses relaxing as if I was on holiday. The nurse said you make me laugh, I think we all laughed. My skin has always been good my whole life now it feels even better. It hydrated soft and fresh. It took out all the awful toxins and dirt you can't see out of your skin. I get botox and filler for my lips every ten month's. I defiantly recommend their products as well. Thank you all again. Big recommendation to everyone reading plastic surgeries and spas procurers ALWAYS ALWAYS DO YOUR RESEARCH! No way would I ever go back to well known doctors in La or New York and New Jersey. Only to these two doctor's who I always recommend to even strangers who stop me randomly everywhere I go, including my friends overseas. The saying we all hear "you get what you pay for." I find negative with the two doctors. I was going to a I will not say names and it's truly false as known as they all are? Nope these two doctor's are honest and I didn't spend what many others charge. Honestly these two amazing Husband and wife doctors team rank number one in my book and many other's as well. Dr. Buinewicz comes highly recommended. He is an expert in Breast Implant Illness and Explant surgery which is much more complicated than typical removal of implants. I am very happy with Dr. Buinewicz and his practice. I spoke with Chrissy on the phone when I called around to do my research. She made me feel really good and made me want to choose them to have a consultation. She took so much time to answer all of my questions and was really kind. Then just from the moment my husband and I went to the consultation we knew right away who we wanted to pick. DR. B made me feel so relaxed and comfortable and is a really down to earth kind and caring surgeon that I trusted would take care of me and understood what mattered and listened to me. That matters as I was fearful about getting a tummy tuck since it's a big surgery. But the peace of mind I felt made me relax. Besides myself my husband really likes him. My mom was at preopp apt and she really likes him She will be using him for some work she needs to get done. My mother in law brought him to my 1st post opp apt and she really likes him. Everyone that I met and helped Dr. B is great!! They are kind, helpful and also very comforting. The surgical center and staff there to help with my surgery and after surgery was wonderful and made me feel so good!! After my surgery my husband and I spoke to Dr. B and his employees so mu h to check in with me I felt really cared for. So far just 4 days after I am already blown away by my results and I can't wait to see after the swelling goes down. I beyond recommend using Dr. Buinewicz!! Will add photos later when I am done healing.

LOVE Dr. B! He did my reconstruction surgery after a bilateral mastectomy and since I had already gone through chemo and radiation on both breasts, it was very risky. He always took great care of me and was very careful throughout the entire process. He takes the time to speak with with you and really know your situation. Almost 10 years later and still he treats me with the same care and concern. Chrissy and everyone else I have ever dealt with at the office are spectacular!

Beautiful facility and staff is so kind. Dr.B is a true professional that wants what is best for every patient. He is non-judgmental, extreamly empathetic and understanding. Dr.B will listen to all of your concerns and answers all of your questions and he absolutely WILL NOT SUGAR COAT ANYTHING NOR WILL HE TELL YOU SOMETHING HE THINKS YOU WANT TO HEAR. I respect Dr.B so much for that level of honesty even though, as a patient it's hard to hear that truth or what the potential outcome post surgery will be. The only thing that is a downfall is he doesn't take any insurance at all. Depending on the circumstance and type of insurance a patient has but insurance would pay for part or all of an explant esp if there is a rupture or another issue or complication.

Run the other way!!My upper and lower eyelid surgery was a disaster from the beginning. Allergic reactions, significant drooping on one side, not enough skin removed form the other side, eye infections that Dr. B could not figure out.I had researched so many doctors and felt I was in the right hands - was I wrong!!I need corrective vision surgery, corrective cosmetic surgery and filler.I have begun the repair process and it will cost more than my initial surgery.Do not go here!

Dr. B and his staff have been amazing throughout the whole process. He gives you all the details for your surgery and I actually was excited rather than nervous. Day of surgery, he held my hand as I was being administered the anesthesia and called me that evening to check in to see how I was feeling. Thank you Dr. B and all of your staff!

I went in for my initial consultation for an explant. The staff was so kind and accommodating. I’ve never met a doctor so nice that actually takes the time to listen to the patient. While I was meeting with the doctor not once did I feel like he wanted to rush out of room. I feel so at peace moving forward with the surgery.

I just went for a consult and saw Dr. Annie. However before I even got to her I was warmly greeted by a very friendly and nice receptionist. She promptly introduced me to Lindsey (hope I spelled that right) who was just as warm, friendly and easy to talk to. I told her about my concerns and she listened attentively letting me know Dr. Annie would be with me shortly. When I met her I found her to be kind, attentive and she listened to what I had to say and understood what I was looking for. I am seeing her again in 6 weeks for a follow up on a topical she gave me to use. I will be meeting with her husband Mr. B as he will be performing the treatment I am seeking. I'm sure I will have a similar experience with him. I came out of that appointment feeling very optimistic and happy to have met such wonderful people!

I had a explant lift and reduction all at once with Dr. Buinewicz a couple of years ago and I am completely happy with my results . I was very sick from my breast implants for many years and after my explant I got better and better so not only do I look way better without my old implants I am feeling way better too! Dr. Buinewicz was very understanding of my issues and an experienced plastic surgeon so I could not have felt any more secure than being under his care and having my surgery with him . I highly recommend him and if I ever wanted to get any plastic surgery in the future I would not hesitate to pick him as a plastic surgeon.

If you have breast implant illness, are looking for a compassionate, highly skilled, excellent patient bedside manner who believes & is extremely knowledgeable in BII, then Dr. Buinewicz & his excellent staff, is your number 1 choice. I recently had my implants explanted via en bloc with capsulectomies & a breast lift, recently. I began the healing process & feel much better compared to the last several years. My health continues to improve daily!I had breast implants for 15 years, with an implant replacement 2 years ago. After the revision, my health continued to deteriorate. I was diagnosed with several diseases. I realized that my symptoms were attributed by the toxicity of the implants & began researching. During my initial consultation with Dr.B, I knew instantly that he would be my surgeon!None of the surgeons I consulted with came close to Dr.B. He is the best & humble physician I have ever had. From consult, to excision through follow up, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
