I had my breast implants removed this past October with Doctor Buinewicz. After a terrible experience with another doctor for the initial augmentation in Philadelphia, my guard was up to say the least. From the beginning, Dr. B. was kind, compassionate and understanding of Breast Implant Illness and everything that goes along with it. He put my mind at ease after sharing the work he has done for many women who have experienced similar symptoms. The entire process was smooth like butter - from the consultation, to booking the surgery, to the procedure itself. Everyone in the office was kind and helpful. Dr. B. was transparent from the start. I do not trust many medical professionals nowadays, but if I had to, I would do this all over again with Dr. B. and couldn't recommend him enough. Updated:While things seemed to go well initially after my explant, the past several years gave me no more improvements. The scars below my breast, particularly on the sides are thick and ugly. Dr. B had told me that he had used some sort of scissors to cut those areas, but the scarring is worse than I have ever had from any surgery. Thick, dark and zagged. All of this makes wearing any bra uncomfortable and often painful.My surgery was in 2019, and unfortunately COVID hit shortly after my first or second recheck. At that point his office stopped communicating and never schedule another recheck.I am disappointed in him and his office for never following up to check on my progress, with not even an email.____________________________Dr B is very knowledgeable and really cares about his patients. I appreciate that he took the time to answer my questions and to explain everything.

Dr. Buinewicz gave me my life back!!!I had lost 200lbs; I traded the shame of obesity for the shame of excess skin. Despite the victory of weight loss, I did not feel comfortable in my own body, perhaps even worse.Dr. B is a fantastic listener, and is a highly skilled clinician. His attentiveness is impeccable. Accessible, reliable, friendly and reassuring. Two surgeries, Gynecomastia surgery (male breast removal) and later abdominoplasty (“tummy tuck”/excess skin removal)- looking at the results I can say in my opinion the surgeries went perfectly.I am now the man I always knew I was, and this has had a profound impact on not just my physical, but mental health as well. My life is forever changed for the better.Walking into Dr. Buinewicz office, you’ll be greeted with nothing but kindness, respect, and compassion from his entire staff, and himself. I couldn’t say enough positive things about the entire practice, and I can tell you from experience- you will never regret doing what you needed to do to make yourself feel as good as you know you can be. Doc is amazing. His work is wonderful I know my case was difficult for him. He cares about people in general. Twice when I had other health issues (1- lump on neck & 2- meningitis). He was more than kind and caring. He even looked over my lab work after the meningitis, to be certain that any treatment I had chosen would be safe for me. He's the bomb! I cannot say enough how grateful I am to have met Dr. Buinewicz, Dr. Annie and all the girls. I was sick for so long and 4 hospitalizations with the 4th one going by ambulance. I learned about BII from my hairdresser and joined the Breast Implant Illness group. I went to Dr. B who was highly recommended and from the minute I walked in everyone was so kind and wonderful. Dr.B listened and didn’t make me feel like I was crazy. I booked my surgery to have my implants removed and it has been almost 2 years now and I feel so much better and I never looked back. Having them removed was the best thing. Dr. B also did my upper eyelid. He is a gifted surgeon and a wonderful person. Both Dr. B and Dr. Annie are the absolute best and the most caring doctors I know. Thank you to all the girls in the office for always making me fell welcome. Wonderful as always, wonderful staff fantastic, and doctor I would recommend to anyone they are also very informative, unlike many doctors who want to line their pockets! Dr. Annie and her husband are fantastic, cases closed. They sure are better than any cosmetic doctors in Beverly Hills. Had an amazing visit again today with Dr. Annie, as always I left feeling amazing relaxed, we even had a few laughs. Whenever I go to the office in Flemington, I have always left feeling amazing. Even if going in sad, and no one know's, I leave feeling fabulous and extremly relaxed and happy. She's also very kind, I can't say enough they are beyond five stars. Last time I did an amazing hydrating treatment absolutely wonderful I can't imagine what I looked like when I put on my sunglasses relaxing as if I was on holiday. The nurse said you make me laugh, I think we all laughed. My skin has always been good my whole life now it feels even better. It hydrated soft and fresh. It took out all the awful toxins and dirt you can't see out of your skin. I get botox and filler for my lips every ten month's. I defiantly recommend their products as well. Thank you all again. Big recommendation to everyone reading plastic surgeries and spas procurers ALWAYS ALWAYS DO YOUR RESEARCH! No way would I ever go back to well known doctors in La or New York and New Jersey. Only to these two doctor's who I always recommend to even strangers who stop me randomly everywhere I go, including my friends overseas. The saying we all hear "you get what you pay for." I find negative with the two doctors. I was going to a I will not say names and it's truly false as known as they all are? Nope these two doctor's are honest and I didn't spend what many others charge. Honestly these two amazing Husband and wife doctors team rank number one in my book and many other's as well. I just went for a consult and saw Dr. Annie. However before I even got to her I was warmly greeted by a very friendly and nice receptionist. She promptly introduced me to Lindsey (hope I spelled that right) who was just as warm, friendly and easy to talk to. I told her about my concerns and she listened attentively letting me know Dr. Annie would be with me shortly. When I met her I found her to be kind, attentive and she listened to what I had to say and understood what I was looking for. I am seeing her again in 6 weeks for a follow up on a topical she gave me to use. I will be meeting with her husband Mr. B as he will be performing the treatment I am seeking. I'm sure I will have a similar experience with him. I came out of that appointment feeling very optimistic and happy to have met such wonderful people!

I had a explant lift and reduction all at once with Dr. Buinewicz a couple of years ago and I am completely happy with my results . I was very sick from my breast implants for many years and after my explant I got better and better so not only do I look way better without my old implants I am feeling way better too! Dr. Buinewicz was very understanding of my issues and an experienced plastic surgeon so I could not have felt any more secure than being under his care and having my surgery with him . I highly recommend him and if I ever wanted to get any plastic surgery in the future I would not hesitate to pick him as a plastic surgeon.

If you have breast implant illness, are looking for a compassionate, highly skilled, excellent patient bedside manner who believes & is extremely knowledgeable in BII, then Dr. Buinewicz & his excellent staff, is your number 1 choice. I recently had my implants explanted via en bloc with capsulectomies & a breast lift, recently. I began the healing process & feel much better compared to the last several years. My health continues to improve daily!I had breast implants for 15 years, with an implant replacement 2 years ago. After the revision, my health continued to deteriorate. I was diagnosed with several diseases. I realized that my symptoms were attributed by the toxicity of the implants & began researching. During my initial consultation with Dr.B, I knew instantly that he would be my surgeon!None of the surgeons I consulted with came close to Dr.B. He is the best & humble physician I have ever had.
