23 year old female who desired a rhinoplasty. She was unhappy with the bump on her nose, and wanted more nasal tip projection.
Dr Buinewicz performed a closed rhinoplasty with reduction of dorsum nasal bump, trimmed the lower lateral cartilages.
She is one year post op and very happy.
