44 year old female who had a dramatic 60 pound weight loss. She wanted more upper pole volume and lift in her breasts. Dr. Buinewicz performed a mastopexy with augmentation, he used Allergan Natrelle smooth saline implants. Final fill volume was 510 cc on the right side, and 485 cc on the left.  They are partially under the muscle.
