36 yr old female who was unhappy with her lack of volume and fullness. She was a small B cup.  Dr. Buinewicz performed a breast augmentation used a 360cc allergan natrelle smooth saline implant on her left side and a slightly larger 380cc implant on her right side to maximize symmetry. The Implants are partially under the muscle. Patient is now a full C cup.

She is now 9 month post op and is really happy with her results.
